CREATE A CUSTOMER LOGIN ACCOUNT
As a valued customer, whether you are a Member or Non-Member, you may create an account to login and book your reservations. Creating an account is optional and NOT required.
BENEFITS OF HAVING AN ACCOUNT ARE:
• So you may easily self-book reservations, without inputting all your information each time. You are only required to input all your information one time. Once entered, each time you create a new reservation the system will auto-fill your information upon the check-out page. Please note for Members’ Lane Reservations only, you will still be required to enter your unique Membership ID # and select your membership type.
• Within your designated account, you may preview ALL reservations created by you. Previous reservations booked with us using the same email address will automatically appear within your designated account.
• For security reasons and to protect our valued customers, we do not store your credit card information. So you will still need to enter credit your card information and pay for a reservation.
• You may easily update your personal information anytime.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
STEP 1: If you are a new Member or Non-Member guest at C2 Tactical, you may click on the “Customer Login” button to create a new account.
STEP 2: Click on “Create an account” to create a brand new account.
STEP 3: Enter your full name (first and last name as it appears on your credit card) and a valid email address. Please make sure your email is correct. This is the only way the system will be-able to send you future confirmations of your booked reservations. Then enter a secure password.
STEP 4: Now you may re-enter your email and password to log into your new account.
STEP 5: Once logged in, go directly to the “Saved Information” tab where you will need to manually input your account information just one time. By doing so, this will allow you to easily create future reservations.
STEP 6: Each time you login, you will see all your reservations on the dashboard. These are reservations created by you and past reservations created by our staff (as long as those reservations have the same email address).
If you need to change, reschedule or cancel a reservation you will need to contact us via phone or complete this Reschedule or Cancellation Form (also may be found on your emailed invoice under “Terms & Conditions”).
